Pledge Schedule

A Pledge Schedule allows you to assign pledge reminder letters to a donation, so that at a certain time (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) you can print letters reminding donors that their payments are due.
To enter a Pledge Schedule, enter in the Pledged amount and the actual amount, click Save, and select Pledge Schedule.

  1. Click Insert.



  2. Select the letter that you will assign for these pledge reminders. If you just created a letter, and it is not in the list, click Search.

  3. Click Add Letter to add a printed letter to the queue for each reminder, or click Add Email to send reminders as emails.



    Date of first reminder This is the date that the first reminder will be set to print.
    Amount to schedule This is the amount of this donation that you wish to add to the pledge schedule at this time.
    # new reminders This is the number of pledge reminders that you wish to add to this donation.
    Send This is the number of days ahead of the Pledge's due date that you wish to send out the letters.
    Pledge Frequency This is the amount of time you wish to spread out the reminders over.

  4. Alter the values as you require. Click Add.


  5. If you need to alter one of the scheduled reminders, select the pledge and click Edit.

  6. Change any of the values as you require. Click OK.
