To view the ticket detail double click on a ticket bought by a patron.
The date/time the ticket was purchased by the patron.
For ticket exchanges, a new ticket is created for the replacement ticket and the Ticket Date Bought is the date/time the replacement ticket was purchased. To signify the replacement ticket, it is flagged with the words "Exchange".
The date/time that the ticket’s transaction information was journalized into the general ledger. This date will reflect the date/time when the routine "Create Sales Entry" was performed. In the case of ticket exchanges, they are journalized immediately resulting in the Ticket Journalized Date being the date/time of the ticket exchange.
The date/time that the ticket was last printed.
