Spouse Tab

This tab is used so that two people can share the same patron account. A husband and wife, parent and child, roommates, etc.

Parts of the Spouse Tab

Salutation

This field displays the salutation of the secondary patron.

First

This field displays the first name of the secondary patron.

Initial

This field displays the middle initial of the secondary patron.

Last

This field displays the last name of the secondary patron.

E-mail

This field displays the E-mail address of the secondary patron. By clicking on the letter icon beside the E-mail address your E-mail program will start up and open a new letter addressed to that patron.

Enable the Prefer Html flag if this patron prefers to receive email as html. Html emails allow you to preset the fonts, colors and spacing, as well as add images, to make more pleasing email, rather than just plain text. You can alter your emails prior to sending them in the WebPages directory, which resides in the same directory as your database.
Some patrons might not prefer html email, since it often takes longer to load than plain text.

Web Site

This field displays the secondary patron's Web Site address. By clicking on the Globe icon beside the Web Site, your Internet browser will open up to that Web Site.

Work #

This field displays the work phone number of the secondary patron.

Birthday

This field displays the birthday of the secondary patron.

This button allows you to reset a spouse's password for web sales. An email will be sent to the spouse with a temporary password.
