Initializing Your New Database

You have just Installed Theatre Manger and created your New Database and just entered your New Serial Number Provided by Arts Management Systems. You now need to access the database and initialize. The following information takes you through the next step of initializing that new Database.

1. Begin by logging on to Theatre Manager as outlined in Logging On

    

2. Double Click on the Theatre Manger Icon

   The following Window will appear.

   

    

3. Click

   The following window will appear.

   

    

4. Click

   The following window will appear.

   

    

5. Highlight the Theatre Manager Data folder that was created on your desktop, double click to open this folder

   

    

6. Single click on the Database file labeled after Your Venue Name as represented in the above window

    

7. Click

   The following window will appear.

   

    

8. Click

   The following window will appear.

   

    

9. Enter your new Customer Number and License Number obtained from Arts Management Systems.

   

    

10. Click

     

11. Proceed to Log On as a Master User as outlined in Logging On
