Traveling Troupe Sales

To sell a Traveling Troupe performance you must first create the performance you are about to assign to a patron. Refer to the section Plays and Dates for more information on creating Traveling Troupe performances.

1.  Open the Select Events(s) Window and search for a traveling troupe Performance

   Refer to the section Creating a Buy List for more information.

2. Select the traveling troupe Performance

    

3. Click New Travelling Toupe  

   The New Performance for the traveling troupe Window will open. 

   

   Performance Code	Used to identify the performance
   Date	Defaults to the current date. If necessary, change the date to the correct performance date.
   Time	Defaults to the current time. If necessary, change the time to the correct performance time.

4. Edit the fields as needed

    

5. Click Add

   The price codes for the new performance will be created and the new performance will be added to the Buy List. 

    

6. If necessary, create additional Traveling Troupe performances at this time

    Repeat steps 2-5

7. Click Book Seat  

    

8. Select the sales promotion for the tickets



9. Select the price code for the performance

    

10. Click the Reserve Button

11. Fill in all applicable fields
    
    You are able to set the Ticket Price, or the Base Price of this performance, if it will be different than the base price that this performance was setup to have.
    

    The expected Audience Size and Target Age / Grades fields are required to proceed. The rest of the fields are for the troupe reference and are not required but may be needed to ensure a smooth show. The start times for all the activities shown in the lower right window may be filled in.

12. Click OK

    This will finish the reservation of the Travelling Troupe.

13. Click the Payment Button to accept payment
