Printing Will-Call Tickets

 

Access to the Print Unprinted Tickets Window

There are two ways to access Printing Batch Tickets. Neither method will print tickets that are on an order that is marked as Reservation Only. Tickets will have to be printed manually for those orders.

Access to Print Unprinted Tickets is through the File >> Report menu or the Reports Button on the Toolbar

Select Reports

The Reports Window will open.

  1. Select Ticket Printing & Invoicing Reports from the Report Categories

    A list of ticket printing and Invoicing Reports appear.

  2. Select the "Print Unprinted Tickets" report

     

  3. Click Print

    This will open the criteria window

  4. Click the Insert Button

Select the ticket orders field

Select the is one of condition

Select the order ticket mailed status as Hold tickets for Will Call

Click Add/Continue to add this criteria and create more or click Save to return to the criteria window
