The company tab contains all the information about your company

Company Information

Short Name

A shortened version of your company’s name. The shortened company name is printed on all reports.

Company

The full legal name of your company.

Address

The location of your company offices.

City

The city in which your company is located.

Province/State

The province or state your company is in. The title of this field can be changed under the appearance tab of the Default Data Window.

Postal Code/Zip Code

The postal / zip code of your company. The title of this field can be changed under the appearance tab of the Default Data Window.

Country

The country in which your company is located.

Telephone

The company telephone number.

Fax

The company fax number.

Web Site

The Internet web site for your company.

Email Address

The Internet Email address for your company.

SMTP server

You email server for sending batch emails.

Foreign Currency

If you do not accept foreign currency, set the "Other Country" to your country, and set the exchange rate to 1.000000

Other Country

This is where an optional country can be selected for accepted foreign currency when selling tickets.

Exchange Rate

This is where the exchange rate for converting from your local currency to the currency of the foreign country is entered.

Software License Profile

License Type
This is the type of user license that your company has purchased.

Software Features

This is a list of all the possible features that Theatre Manager offers. The features that have check marks beside them are the features that your company currently has access to. In order to receive additional features that the Theatre Manager has to offer you must purchase a license upgrade.

Purchase License Upgrade

If your company has purchased a license upgrade this is where the new Customer and License numbers are entered to activate the additional features of Theatre Manager.

Click the Purchase License Upgrade Button
The Customer and License Number Window will open.
Enter new customer number
Enter new license number
Click OK
Theatre Manager will now automatically restart to activate the new features.
