The Printer Batch Queue allows users to setup reports to be created and printed during nonprime business hours. Refer to the Queued Reports section of the Reports Window for more information.
Printer Batch Queue - Weekdays The time of day for the reports in the printer queue to start printing for Monday through Friday. Warn if Reports in Queue Click to warn a 'logging off employee' if there are any reports in the Batch Printer Queue to be printed. Database Verify reminder every xxx days This field allows the user to set the number of days that are allowed to pass before Theatre Manager reminds them that they should do a quick check of the database to make sure there are no problems. Restrict Verify/Copy to IP address If a TCP/IP address is entered, only that machine can perform database repairs, copies, or upgrades. Other machines may check the status.
Logon Window The window which is displayed when a user is loging on to Theatre Manager.
Logoff Timeout The amount of time in which the user will be automatically logged off if they perform no activities. Force Users off at X so Backups can Run Forces all users off at a specified time every day so that the server can run its backup procedures. Approx. Backup time The amount of time in which the backup will run, starting at the time specified by the 'Force Users off at X so Backups can run' time. The web sales listener will log off for this amount of time, then restart itself to continue internet sales.
