Label Printing

Label Height

The height of your mailing labels in inches.

Label Width

The width of your mailing labels in inches.

Top Margin

Assists in the alignment of labels. For most labels the value will be 0.10.

Left Margin

Assists in the alignment of labels. For most labels the value will be 0.10.

# Labels Across

The number of labels that print across a page. For most labels the value will be 1, 2, or 3.

Date and Time Formatting

The format you would like the date to take. Use the pulldown menu for all possible options.

Time Formatting

The format you would like the time to take. Use the pulldown menu for all possible options.

Time Zone

What time zone your company is in. When Theatre Manager starts, it will base your time on this setting.

Time Server

Allows you to choose which time server you will base your systems on.

Date/Time Check

Allows you to set whether you will base your time on the server directory or the internet time server (above). This will keep your workstations from being on different times or dates than the server.

Printer Batch Queue

The Printer Batch Queue allows users to setup reports to be created and printed during nonprime business hours. Refer to the Queued Reports section of the Reports Window for more information.

Printer Batch Queue - Weekdays

The time of day for the reports in the printer queue to start printing for Monday through Friday.

Printer Batch Queue - Weekends

The time of day for the reports in the printer queue to start printing for Saturday and Sunday.

Warn if Reports in Queue

Click to warn a 'logging off employee' if there are any reports in the Batch Printer Queue to be printed. At least one employee must remain logged on to have the reports in the queue to be printed during nonprime time hours.

The approximate number of tickets you have currently in stock.

Remind to Reorder at

The ticket level at which you would like Theatre Manager to remind you to reorder ticket stock.

Data Management

Database Verify reminder every xxx days

This field allows the user to set the number of days that are allowed to pass before Theatre Manager reminds them that they should do a quick check of the database to make sure there are no problems. It is recommended that this value is set between 1 to 7 days. A setting of zero means: never remind user to check the database. Click Here to learn more about Theatre Manager's data utilities.

Restrict Verify/Copy to IP address

If a TCP/IP address is entered, only that machine can perform database repairs, copies, or upgrades. Other machines may check the status.

Logon Window

The window which is displayed when a user is loging on to Theatre Manager.

Logoff Timeout

The amount of time in which the user will be automatically logged off if they perform no activities.

Force Users off at X so Backups can Run

Forces all users off at a specified time every day so that the server can run its backup procedures.

Approx. Backup time

The amount of time in which the backup will run, starting at the time specified by the 'Force Users off at X so Backups can run' time. The web sales listener will log off for this amount of time, then restart itself to continue internet sales.

Help File Location

The location of the help files you wish to use. They can be stored on a central server, individual workstations, a local web server or for the most recent help you can use the Arts Managment Website (this will require a internet connection).
