Sales

Default Order Fee xx per Order	The fee your company charges in addition to the ticket price.
Default Order Fee xx per Subscription	The fee your company charges in addition to the ticket price for subscriptions.
Default Order Fee xx per Web Sales	The fee your company charges in addition to the ticket price for Web Sales.
Tax Rate	The tax rate which will be applied to the order fee.
G/L Account	The GL account to which the order fees are posted.
Allow Order Fee to be Changed	If selected the order fee can be changed during a ticket purchase.
Apply Order Fee to:	Allows order fees to be attached to Tickets, Memberships or Both.
Mailing Fee	Allows a mailing fee to be setup, and attached to a specific tax rate and g/l account. For more information on Mailing Fees, click here.
Tax Rate	The tax rate which will be applied to the mailing fee.
G/L Account	The GL account to which the mailing fees are posted.
Allow Mailing Fee to be Changed	If selected the mailing fee can be changed during a ticket purchase.
Default Sales Mode - Sale	If selected an account receivable post will be created immediately.
Default Sales Mode - Reservation	If selected an account receivable post will be created when payment is received.
	Allows the user to select the colour of the seats that have been selected for the current sale.

Refunds

Allow Order Fees to be refunded	If selected order fees will be refunded.
Allow Exchange Fees to be refunded	If selected exchange fees will be refunded.
Allow Mailing Fees to be refunded	If selected mailing fees will be refunded

Exchanges

Default Exchange Fee	The fee changed to the patron to make an exchange.
Tax Rate	The tax rate charged on the exchange fee.
GL account number	The account number to which the exchange fee will be posted.
Allow Exchange Fee to be Changed	If selected allows for the exchange fee to be changed when the ticket is being exchanged.
Collect $ for higher price	If selected the difference between the exchanged tickets and the new higher priced tickets will need to be collected.
Collect $ for lower price	If selected the difference between the exchanged tickets and the new lower priced tickets will need to be refunded.
Exchanged tickets retain original price	If selected when tickets are exchanged for lower priced tickets the lower priced tickets adopt the price of the original tickets.
Exchange fee is per - Ticket	If selected the exchange fee is charged to every ticket.
Exchange fee is per - Order	If selected the exchange fee is charged on the order.
Apply per ticket fee to - Exchanged Tickets Only	If selected the exchange fee is charged to every ticket that has been exchanged.
Apply per ticket fee to - Refunded Tickets Only	If selected the exchange fee is charged to every ticket that has been exchanged as well as any additional tickets bought.
	Sets the colour of the seats which are currently being exchanged.

Ticket Handling Default

Hold for Pickup / Taken	If selected indicates that tickets are generally held are taken by the patron.
Mail to Patron	If selected indicates that tickets are generally mailed to a patron
