This version is a major release with many changes though-out
Theatre Manager.

Key changes:
- Ability to return tickets directly to a default 'hold' map - prevents
prime seats being taken on the internet
- Ability to control access to holds by user
- To Do/reminder
capability for notes
- enhanced best seat algorithm to support a two pass mode where seats
are purposely left open
- Ongoing enhancements with web sales
- New donor capability - tracking outstanding pledges
- ability to set mail lists, events and form letters inactive so
that they do not show up in lists.
- ability to allow access to each mail lists by user
- ability to create 'sales' plug in code to provide more automated
sales processing.

Before upgrade
|
- Upgrade to version 5.72 if you are not already at that version. Refer
to earlier release notes about the process.
- Review release notes starting from the version you are currently
using, up to and including this version. Previous upgrades may
require
you to perform additional steps before upgrading and/or after upgrading.
They may also list areas of Theatre Manager you need to
update with new data requirements before using the new version.

- If you have the web listener installed, you may need to adjust some web
pages.

Time Required
|
- Between 30 minutes and an hour from version 6.33 or higher.
It could be 2 or 3 hours from any version less than 6.33. We recommend
doing this upgrade on a dark day or overnight. The upgrade performance
is dependant on number of mail lists and patrons in your database.
