This update contains some minor fixes to the web listener, credit card software and checking pass/gift certificate control numbers if the user has set them as a range of numbers.

Before upgrade	Read the release notes for any version prior and follow the directions Stop web sales and close all shopping carts. Then manually release any left over 'i' holds in any events that you need to do this in Complete your end of day. Deposit all funds, create all sales entries and post to the GL. Verify the database using data utilities and ensure that everything is ok. Make a backup copy of the database

Web Sales

Fixed issue where the sold percentage reported by TM in F_SOLD_PERCENT not correctly reports 100% capacity instead of rounding capacity upwards when it hit 99.5%

Fixed the display of venue when user reassigns a general admission event to another venue. This change also fixed searching for events in the alternate venue.

Added an extra sort on internet price/promotion displays. As before, all prices displayed to the user are sorted by price (descending). If two promotions cause the same price, then they are sorted by name (alphabetically) in ascending order.

Credit Card/Merchant account

Added a new preference in Setup->System Tables->Merchant accounts. There is a parameter that allows you to set whether TM should ping the credit card server on startup to see if it is responding. This is normally true - to ping. Only set this flag to false if the computer containing the credit card authorization software has disabled responding to ICMP requests (ping).

Misc Changes

Fixed a small issue on using the internet time servers to check the date/time on a person's local clock with a known source. This only occurred when a new site was first set up.

Defaulted the new venue setup to be mountain time so that the initial time check would work.

Added next pass/GC number to the report that shows the setup of passes/gift certificates/memberships

Revised the code that suggests the next available control number when the pass/gift certificates are set up to pick from a range of numbers.

Added an edit that only allows passes/cg's to be sold on the internet if the method of assigning the pass number is determined by Theatre Manager.
