Before upgrade	Read the release notes for any version prior and follow the directions Stop web sales and close all shopping carts. Complete your end of day. Deposit all funds, create all sales entries and post to the GL. Verify the database using data utilities and ensure that everything is ok. Make a backup copy of the database
After upgrade	Update Web Pages TMError.txt and New Web Page palmTime.html

7.02.01 Changes (July 6)

The daily change in A/R report should now agree with the GL ledger. We were not including orders with a negative balance and that was fixed

A bug in web sales has been fixed so that the additional search works to show any user selected filter on events

Online help has been hooked up for the first time. You may see some useful help if you use the '?' on a window. about 40% of the pages have been converted (rough estimate), so some will show new look windows, others will show old look windows. There is still some issues on the index pages, but I'm working on those.

Wireless remote hand held scanner support has been added/tested for checking people in/out of a venue via the web listeners

A major fix for outlet versions will now create all marketing records at time of entry of a new patron - one for each outlet.

Some more diagnostics have been added to the web listeners. You will need the following two pages:

TMError.txt has one new error message added to it for hand held scanning. You can either edit your old file and copy the last line in... or if you have not changed any error messages, then you can simply replace your old file with this new one. If you do not update the message file on the web server, then you will see a warning message on the listener at start up.. TM will then use the default message for the bar code scanning... The file is in the htdocs/95/WebPages directory
The second web file is a new one (palmTime.html) that gets placed into htdocs/95/WebPages/TMTemplates
