7.03.00 Changes (July 13)

Volunteer: Added missing patron marketing records to window

Volunteer: Added missing volunteer items, positions, and updated security access to window

Volunteer: Fixed a bug on the main volunteer window where if you save it will disassociate the client from their marketing record

Sales: Fixed Conversion issue of ticket on sale dates

Sales: Fixed Upgrade routine somehow changed the ticket face code point to a different path

Sales: Fixed incorrect warning message when refunding tickets for a performance that is on the same day as the refund is happening

EOD Deposit: Set the defaults to YES to print reports, Bank Deposit Summary, Check Listing, and Bank Deposit Detail.

EOD Deposit: Fixed to reflect the # of credit cards that need authorization - for those flagged as using credit card authorization

EOD Deposit: Removed the requirement for DEBIT cards needing authorization for they do not use the credit card authorization software (at this time)

Pass: Fixed the missing pop up list from having 'Future' in the Years list - on the patron memberships list

Pass: Fixed crashing when attempting to view patron's membership card list

Employee Prefs: Fixed the missing 'Future' default in the Years list - on the patron membership list

Theatre Map: Fixed the auto zip code popup for selecting city/state/zip (redraw issue)

GL Accounts: Removed the delete line ability for it could cause GL Entries to go out of balance

Mail Labels: Fixed the crashing when attempting to print mail labels from letters menu

Donation Receipt: Improved warning message when attempting to delete a receipt that has a letter attached to, in effect not allowing the receipt to be deleted

EOD Sales: Fixed the improper creation of Membership Benefit transactions which was causing EOD out of balances

7.03.04 Changes (July 17)

EOD Sales: Fixed the Reservation Only calculation that was causing EOD out of balances

Reports: Fixed Audit Trail-Donor and Pledge Daily Audit from printing all records

Letters: Fixed batch printing when using the Donation Receipts as the main merge file

Sales: Fixed Transfer button from giving error of "Too many methods in stack"

Web: Fixed issues that were causing web listener to disconnect from the database when it encountered an incorrectly formed SQL statement

7.03.05 Changes (July 24)

Theatre Map: Fixed issue when increasing map capacity and existing seats were removed from layout.

Theatre Map: Added ability to import a theatre map on top of the existing map. What is different is that now it will REPLACE the existing map that you are on, rather then creating a new map as it did in version 6. This will make it easier for support to assist in map building where the existing map can be updated with assistance from Arts Management Support.

7.03.06 Changes (July 26)

Reports: added ability to print the current visible page on a report

Reports: changes the printing of a report to support those printer drivers that allow selection of page ranges

Reports: fixed a pagination issue where a column might creep onto the next horizontal page ... where there was plenty of room for it to fit on the same page.

Reports: fixed an issue where lines in the header were not lining up with the fields in the rows.

Notifications: fixed all notification emails so that the go out properly through the web listener

Web Sales: added more diagnostics on startup of the listener to see various settings and to the housekeeping

Web Sales: fixed issue in apache loadable module to better handle issues if one listener is abnormally terminated for any reason. It will now be skipped over

Outlet Sales: fixed ability to sell tickets for out her outlets

EOD Posting: force journalization of any ticket transactions that you sold and/or were sold by you for other departments so that your end of day picks up all the receivables and balances

Transaction List: enhanced transaction list and detail to show the receivables due of other outlets when sales were made for those other outlets.

General: fixed an issue with usernames and access rights to tables in the case of multiple databases running on the same server.

7.03.07 Changes (July 28)

Employee: changed the subscribe and unsubscribe processes in the employee window to work against the mailman AMSnotification list

General: fixed searches that include a single quote within the character string. TM no longer gives SQL errors for those searches

Emails: fixed the issue so that raw HTML can be pasted into a letter and emailed to the end patron as an HTML email.

Setup: allow anybody to use the ping tool. It was originally restricted to master users

Setup: Change permissions on 'Run Procedure File' to be master user only. Outlet Admin's cannot run.

Web: fixed display of multiple addresses on the patron account window for province/country

Web: revised how certain web page variables are evaluated to avoid un-necessary errors in the web listener

Lists: re implemented/tested the cancel search capabilities in all lists and it no longer slows down searching - will become available in the future.

Web: any active web listener will release expired holds for all outlets when the seat comes due to be released. Thus, all outlets are take care of if there is at least one listener running. This is implemented this way so that sales by other outlets can be released effectively

Web: changed the default size, text size and bar code width on the web to be more consistent with version 6

Web: fixed bug where displaying a general admission sales window that asked for the map from Theatre Manager -- and if no map had ever been created -- could cause a crash. No longer.

Web: Misc message changes through out the web listener interface for additional diagnostics

Web: on the list of tickets that a patron has purchased for upcoming performances, revised the logic so that tickets purchased by the patron for that outlet (or at other outlets) will all show up. This is because the user bought those tickets at that outlet and so they should be seen.

Conversion: Fixed a bug when form letters were converted using a PC version of TM and the database was on a PC. Now, the letters will be converted to version 7 format.

Donations: Fixed an issue where there was only one donation campaign setup up and a user tried to enter a donation for it. TM would complain that there was no giving level until the single donation campaign was selected from the list. Now, if there is only one, TM will select that campaign and populate the screen with the defaults from the campaign.
