Version 7.11.00

This version has a lot of changes and fixes to reports, sales process, web sales, and more. Many of these changes were in versions 7.07 and up - but were not published.

Before upgrade	Read the release notes for any version prior and follow the directions Stop web sales and close all shopping carts. Complete your end of day. Deposit all funds, create all sales entries and post to the GL. Verify the database using data utilities and ensure that everything is ok. Make a backup copy of the database
After upgrade	You must do two things reprogram your credit card swipes to work with version 7. check your web listener when starting it up - you may get an error that it doesn't have apache module version 1.1.6. If not, contact the support team to get it installed. Once you do, your web listener should restart.

Database: added note fields for Fees and Subscriptions so that they could be placed on the internet.

Database: add new fields for use in subscriptions

End of Day: optimize the performance of EOD by ignoring non-financial records

Web: added multi currency support if you want to have merchant visa in two country and accept more than one currency

Web: added a reference to the shopping cart on the confirmation email - so that we can track which one belongsto whom

Web: fixed a problem on checkout of a shopping cart - there was a condition where the janitor could sweep up the tickets at around the time of checkout in certain cases so the user would not get the tickest on checkout. The might happen in less than .05% of completed shopping carts.

Web: enhanced the API's so that some of the links that worked by happenstance in version 6 will also work in verison 7

Donation Giving Matrixes - fixed some issues

Report criteria - fixed a number of little things in the creation and saving of report criteria

Mail Lists: added support for 'count distinct' in the having clause. This lets you find the cound of distinct events a patron has attended very easily

Mail Lists: fixed a few join conditions to various records that were causing SQL errors

Mail Merge: added the ability to send the email from either the global email account for the organization, or from an individual email address.

Reports: new report for finding comparing shopping carts and sold tickets

Fixed a timing issue on PC's accepting credit card swipes - this will need the card swipes to be programmed with a delimiter other than a CR. See the install notes

Fixed a bug with credit card authorization where sometimes the swiped image wold not get sent.

Tickets: fixed printing of address header tickets. (you may need to edit them again)

Ticket Sales: fixed the holding and releasing of tickets so that you much have access to the hold letter in order to do it.
