This version implements customizable subscription renewal forms and building of favourite seats from a control house

There have also been the usual number of enhancements and fixes in response to user requests.

Note: Read prior release notes for any mandatory web pages changes. There are is one mandatory web change for this version - you must install the latest apache module

Before upgrade	Read the release notes for any version prior and follow the directions Stop web sales and close all shopping carts. Complete your end of day. Deposit all funds, create all sales entries and post to the GL. Verify the database using data utilities and ensure that everything is ok. Make a backup copy of the database

7.20.00 Changes & Enhancements (Feb 6)

Web Sales: Fixed an issue where cookies were not able to be found when your ISP provider is Yahoo

Subscriptions: a number of little fixes for display of data after editing on the 'manage favourite seats window'

Subscriptions: has the ability to mass replace promotions and price codes for an entire subscription

Patron: entry of 'Joe + Sally' now acts as if it were like 'Joe & Sally' in the first name field

Patron: Added 'subscription' tab to the patron window so that you can manage seats and print notices from that window as well as from within an order

Mail Lists: now able to see patrons found that have no address information

Theatre Map: added the 'best seat' search strings to the theatre map window so that you can define the searches dynamically. You no longer have to edit or add to the web pages. You will need the latest TM Map-Default to enable this feature.

Employee: added two new fields for managing access to credit cards - one of which allows search by patron credit card on the list window

Patron: View credit cards now uses the proper security setting.

Form Letters: fixed issue with pasting in HTML emails. Now handles leading white space

Misc: fixed some memory leaks that may cause TM to crash when closing a dialog window randomly.

Fixed bug that prevented printing of performance dates on a renewal notice

Changed promotion listing on renewal notices to use the External Promotion Name

Fixed bug that was causing an error in long running database processes such as End of Day

Fixed bug with Pay What You Can sales that did not properly allocate the price of tickets and left a balance on the order

Fixed a bug where creating a new Pass that uses Theatre Manager assigned control numbers would cause Theatre Manager to stop responding.

Fixed a bug that would occasionally cause errors in Export

Added 'Donation Campaign' fields as selectable export fields when using the main file 'Donation Receipts'

Added optimization to Renewal Notices

Added additional error checking to booking ticket to prevent some failed season renewal notices.

Fixed formatting issues on Client Contact card on Windows. Button that removes patron phone/e-mail/website now properly displays the icon.

Fixed formatting issues on Windows for Client Detail on Client window. Specifically when a contact or address was 'Primary' it would push the next line one row down.

Fixed name display on client selection list for companies that have no first and last name

Fixed cancel button not functioning on lookups.

Fixed 'Copy From' not enabling 'Save' button when copying accounts on an existing event.

Fixed width of Ticket Face description on Event tab of Events Detail window.

Fixed bug where time on new performance creation in the calendar did not change when edited via the context menu

Recalculate series code on the new performance calendar is more accurate.

Fixed lookup for alternate venue in Performance Detail

Fixed update error where editing a letter may not appear when performing letter merges at the same time.

Fixed issue where fees were not being added correctly to renewal notices.

Modified toolbar in Manage Favorite Seats to remove misleading buttons that did not make sense in that context.

Added missing security feature when selecting multiple merchants on payment window.

Fixed report, 'Receivables-Based on Order Balances' to include PO Number as per Version 6

Fixed report 'Potential Revenue From Unsold Tickets' -- Totals for currently sold seats were not being calculated correctly

Fixed access restrictions on Mail Lists. Lines will no longer show up on search.

Word Processor: fixed crash when using glossary short cut keys

Reports: fixed PDF printing issue where some normal text prints in Italics on OSX 10.5 only

Reports: fixed PDF printing of 'Avenir' font on windows

Reports: fixed PDF printing where wrapping lists always printed a border and it should not have

Database: updated TM for support of Postgres 8.3 on Windows Servers. Backup script now deletes files older than xx days (mac support for Postgres 8.3 wll come as soon as there is a postgres OS-X installer)

Database: addressed issue where a statement could be randomly cancelled on a Windows machine and cause a SQL error for no reason
