Subscriptions

• Subscriptions now show only the active promotions that are enabled at the box office and/or the internet. It used to show the those that were not enabled and the list of subscription promotions could be long
• Fixed an issue after booking a subscription and then you changed your mind - changing the status of the subscription back to '<not started> would not save.
• Prevent booking a subscription if it is inactive
• The manage favourite seats window will now open empty if there are no active subscription packages.

Mail Lists

• Fixed an issue where if the mail list had restricted access to certain people, it would actually prevent those people from seeing the mail list.
• all mail lists now show up when searched. however, if a person does not have access to the mail list, then it disables all functions on all the windows.
• TM now prevents a mail list from being affected on the patron window if there is restricted access to the mail list.

Web Sales

• Web Logging of all items in the web listener is now enabled and saves to a reasonable place on each platform. On the PC, it is C:/BoxOffice/TMWebLogs. On OSX, this is /Users/Shared/tmWebLogs.
• The alternate venue for general admission events now shows up properly in all places that it should.
• Households that share an email address are now able to log on. The web listener asks the user to identify themselves (i.e. which patron in the household - for all people associated with that email address) and then allows them to continue shopping
• A calculation error on a web page will now show the path name of the file containing the error on the web log
• Mismatched <field></field> tags (i.e. incorrect edits to a web page template) no longer cause a loop if the venue has place a </field> tag before the first <field>.
• Added a new feature in the template web pages (old pages still work) that enable you to turn on/off the display of price codes and/or promotions on all pages containing them - simply by going to company preferences (web listener tab) and clicking a couple of checkboxes
• Clearing the web listener cache now forces the reload of the settings from company preferences and system preferences - to assist debugging and changes to settings
• Using verbose mode now shows all the template pages that are loaded as they are requested and causes the listener to stop caching them. This is the suggested mode for testing a web site and should be turned off when running in production mode.
• The web listener timer will now re calibrate itself so that the display continuously refreshes itself in periods of inactivity.
• Prevent the web listener gonig into a loop if a web page has an include to itself in the web page - by stopping the circular reference.
• There was a possible scaenarion where the CID entered on a web page was not sent to the credit card server. It is now sent in all cases.

Reports

• Added a new report called 'House Report-Available seats' in the 'Attendance Category' that shows you the seats that are NOT sold for a performance, along with the detail for any holds on seats. This can be used for managing available seats for subscriptions - to show who has not renewed.
• Invoices now show the graphic logo from company preferences
• Subscription notices now show the graphic logo from company preferences. It can be made invisible if you wish.

Patrons

• Fixed an issue on the patron card window where if a patron had multiple addresses and you removed the address that was in the final tab on the list, it would display the previous tab as if the address was empty. This was just a redraw issue.
• Added the ability to transfer a payment from one order to another. This 'transfer' button is found on the payment tab on the patron window.
• Added a feature to autmatically link an email or phone to an existing one when adding a second house hold patron. What this means is that if you were typing in a phone number or email address for the household patron you were adding... and that phone or email already existed for another member of the household, then TM now links to the existing data rather than adding a second phone or email address.
• Credit card Entry - removed 'duplicate' from the range of options for a credit card. You cannot duplicate a card number... you can change the expiry date.

End of Day

• Added a new security setting to allow settlement of only cash/checks, etc AND/OR only credit cards that were authorized by Theatre Manager. The default is to allow all payment types. However, with this new feature, you can allow people to settle credit card batches on a daily basis while reserving the ability to settle cash and checks for the finance department at a later day.
• Added a new report to the end of day process called 'G/L Journal Entry Summary-By Event and Posting'. This will be the preferred EOD report and it looks the same as the 'G/L Journal Entry Summary-By Event' ... with one exception. If you go to Accounting-General Ledger->char of Accounts and edit your visa/mastercard/checking/cash/discover accounts and click the 'checking account' checkbox... then this report will show the deposits that occurred on each date against that account for the date range of the posting.
  
  The practical nature of this means that it is easy to enter separate GL lines for each entry you expect to find on the Bank's check reconciliation. - making comparing a bank statement to your accounting system much easier. (but you must set the accounts up as checking to see the detail by posting). This report can be run after the fact to re-generate any past deposits.
  
  
• Quitting theatre manager at end of day now only checks to see if there are outstanding credit card batch if you are allowed to deposit this credit cards.

Theatre Maps

• Made the seat checking smarter and remove extra lines from the list of seats if there are too many for the venue
• Prevent changing of a venue in the play & dates window if any performances are already set up.

Ticket Sales Processes

• Fixed a possible cause of intermittent crashes where TM tried to de-encrypt a card that was not yet encrypted and could get in a loop.

Miscellaneous

Updated Web Pages

There are some new and updated web pages that you may wish to replace some of your existing pages with. The table below indicates the pages that have changed and the nature of the change that was made. These pages may be downloaded and placed into your apache server. You will need to stop and restart all web listeners after the page changes have been made.
