Making a Physical copy of the Database

Making a physical copy of the database is the same as copying an file on your operating system.

Windows

  1. Locate your database

    The location of your database is displayed in the Login Window.

  2. Navigate to the database

  3. From the Edit Menu select Copy

  4. Navigate to the location you would like to store the backup

    5. Click Here to learn how to create a new folder.

  5. From the Edit Menu select Paste

    6. A progress window will open.

    The copy of the database will be stored at the new location
