Purging Patron Favorite Seats

This function is used to purge the favorite seats of a patron once the season subscription deadline has passed.

1. Open the Database Utilities Window

   Click Here to learn how to access this window.

   

2. Select F_SUBSCRIPTION

   Do this by single clicking the value.

3. Click the Purge Button

   The Purge Season Favorite Seats for Patron Window will appear.

   

4. Enter the date range of the favorite seats you wish to purge

    

5. Click OK

   Clicking Cancel will abort the purge. The following window will appear asking you to confirm the purge.

   

6. Click Yes if you are sure the date range is correct.

   Clicking No will return you to the Purge Patron Transactions Window allowing you to change the date range or abort the purge. The Following Window will appear.

   

7. Choose if you would like to purge the favorite seat data for patrons which have not yet renewed.

   Click Yes only if the current deadline for subscription renewals has passed

   The following window will appear showing how many favorite seats have been purged as Theatre Manager searches the database.

   

   The Summary Window will then appear showing the total number of favorite seats which were purged between the set date range.

   

8. Click OK to complete the process

   You will return to the Database Utilities Window.
