Web Sales Setup Process
Prior to setting up your database to enable web sales, you will need to
have purchased the web sales module.

- Ensure that the workstation that will be running the Web Sales Listener
is able to authorize credit cards via PC
Authorize.
- Ensure that your Countries
and Provinces/States
are set correctly, and that your home Country/Province/State is set to default.
- Enable Web Sales in the Web
Tab in Default Data. Fill in the parameters that were provided to
you when you purchased the Web Sales Module. For the IP addresses, contact
your network technician or administrator.
To test the system, enter in the IP address and transfer protocol for the workstation
that will be running the Web Listener in the Firewall field. It will need to
be in the format: "http://192.168.5.5" Enter in a Port number. Default will be
5111.
- Turn your shows on to "Allow Selling Tickets Via the Internet"
in Plays
and Dates.
- Enable your Sales
Promotions to be sold Via the Internet.
- Ensure that you have Payment
Types that are authorized via PC Authorize, which is how the Web Sales
Module will take payments.
- Enable your Donation
Campaigns to be sold via the Internet.
- Enable your Passes
and Memberships to be sold via the Internet.
- Enable your Mail
Lists to be subscribed/ unsubscribed to via the Internet.
- Alter the web pages for TMticketsSectionXXX_MapX.html to include your maps and
map numbers.
Alter TMticketsSectionXXXf_MapX.html to include your maps and map numbers
if the play/event is a festival.
Alter the web pages for TMticketPrice_MapX.html appropriately to coincide with the play/event.
Repeat as necessary for multiple maps.
- Alter the tmEventX.html, tmCampaignX.html, and tmPassX.html pages in the foldrs (tmEvent, tmCampaign, tmPass, respectively) to fit
your numbers for Events, Campaigns and Passes.
- Start your Web Sales Listener.
- Open your Internet browser, and type in http://(your IP address):5111/tmindex.html.
This should open to the login page, where you can begin testing your Web Sales
Module.
