We welcome you to download the demo version and try it. Theatre Manager is a comprehensive program for box office and fundraising so we ask that you follow the demonstration tutorial the first time you go through the program. This will provide an excellent overview of Theatre Manager - and if you want some additional tips or help along the way, feel free to call our sales or support staff as often as you need to.
The Theatre Manager demo software is full featured. You can sell and print tickets, add patrons, venues, performances or entertainment events, set up the accounting, add classes, donations, volunteers, memberships, and print all reports. If you enter information about your venue into the database and then decide to purchase Theatre Manager, we can easily preserve the data.
The only limitation in the demo software is that you are restricted to 75 patrons and expires 4 months after installation. Contact us if you need the demo period extended.

Data Server Install Guide (PDF) The Data Server is required when you are running a multi-user system and have either OS-X worktations, OS-X server, Win 95/98/ME/XP home, or a mixed platform environment. The zip code table can be imported into Theatre Manager and contains some 29,000 US zip code/city/state combinations. We beleive the table to be accurate but do not warrant any part of the data in any way.
