The Theatre Manager Scanner app is designed to interface with the
Linea Pro scanner device. The Linea Pro scanner attaches to either an
iPod Touch 5/6 or iPhone 5. The Theatre Manager scanner app can be
downloaded free of charge from the Apple Store.
This scanning tool is a companion product to our world-class Theatre Manager CRM ticketing system. The scanner software is used to manage entry into your venue by scanning traditional printed tickets or print-at-home tickets. Both 1D and 2D (QR code) bar code reading is supported.
With the Theatre Manager scanner app, you will have full control of the ticket life-cycle from creation, sale, and attendance tracking. You will even be able to determine who did not use their tickets.
You may need to add licenses to the Ticket Scanning Module (part of the web listener) to use the Theatre Manager Scanner app. Please contact the Arts Management Systems sales for pricing and availability.
